About Roberta
As the previous CEO / owner of a medical company for 20+ years, I have worked extensively with kids and adults in the burn and trauma fields providing hands on rehabilitation therapy. From a business perspective, I've worked extensively in every aspect of running a business, from start up to management, administration, clinical work, team building, conflict resolution, grant development, production streamlining and customer service. In 2014, I sold the business to pursue my passions.
Throughout the years, I have led youth clubs, been a camp counsellor, child caregiver and big sister. Since selling my business, I've completed the award-winning Kids Coaching Connection program earning a Life Coach Youth Specialty Certificate. I've been a Youth Life Coaching facilitator with Power4Teens girls empowerment program and I am currently an outdoor education teacher, facilitating programs with The Pine Project outdoor education program, both in Toronto.

Helping others discover their inner and outer natural character strengths is something I'm passionate about! I really love people and experience great fulfillment in guiding children and adults to discover their natural best selves! As a result, "Discovering Your Strengths and Learning Strengths from Nature Workshop" was born from my deep need to "pay it forward” from these life experiences, lessons and blessings. This workshop is based on my passionate belief that as kids and adults KNOW their strengths, their true self worth, they have the power to not only transform their lives, but to transform our troubled world. I've seen my workshop change lives, right in front of my eyes! I'm also passionate about our natural world and marrying nature awareness and coaching through my work, brings me such great joy!
My Interests:
I am a fun loving, active person who loves swimming, singing, songwriting, song circles, kayaking, nature, gardening, dancing, writing poetry, crafts, music, healthy cuisine and spiritual self development.
